Teachware is glad to offer discounted prices to schools, students, faculty and staff. Proof of current enrollment/employment at an accredited and degree granting institution is required prior to purchase. We also accept school purchase orders.

Acceptable Academic Proof
A copy of a current photo ID, plus one of the following: A copy of dated student ID card, dated faculty ID card, dated current class schedule, recent faculty/staff pay stub, or school purchase order.

Submitting Academic Proof

Additional Forms or Letters
Occasionally manufacturers require additional documentation before Teachware may sell to you at academic prices. We will contact you if this is the case with your order.

Organization	Purchasing options
Non-Profit Organizations with current 501(c)(3) status	Adobe, Corel, Inspiration, Global Software Publishing (GSP) DK Multimedia, Knowledge Adventure, Pinnacle, Riverdeep and Sony Pictures Digital products. Proof of non-profit status required and pre-payment by credit card or check.
Training Centers	Do not qualify.
Churches	May purchase Adobe, Corel, Cakewalk, and MakeMusic! products.
Hospitals	May purchase Adobe if they are wholly-owned and operated by a school. Hospitals may purchase Corel products.
Museums	May purchase Adobe If they are a 501(c)3 Non-profit. All Museums may purchase Corel, Microsoft and Symantec products.
Libraries	May purchase Microsoft, Corel, Global Software Publishing (GSP) DK Multimedia, Knowledge Adventure and Riverdeep products.
