Return Policy - If you received the wrong product or version, or if the product you received was defective contact us within 30 days via phone, fax, or e-mail and request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Your return package must have our RA number marked clearly on the outside and must be prepaid or it will be refused. A copy of your invoice or packing slip must accompany your return. Once the product has been returned we will issue a credit to your account or send a replacement. Defective products will only be replaced. Incorrect product or versions must be returned unopened. Unopened product can be replaced or refunded. If the box, documentation, or media is missing or damaged your product will not be accepted for return.
